Happy, Healthy, Lucky, Motivated, Spirited
2.What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?
I let some air out pretty loudly, while squatting the other day.

5. What inspires you?
My clients. To be a part of another person’s efforts to change themselves is what is extremely inspiring to me. It makes me want to be a better coach and help them achieve their goals.

7. Have you had any struggles in life that you want to share?
I went through a period of time where I struggled with alcohol and substance abuse. I was lost and in a world where I had no purpose. I wasn’t true to myself and for years I battled it. To this day I have no regrets for what I did as I think it helped guide me to where I am today.
What got me out of the slump was the realization that I wasn’t doing much with my life. More importantly it was the support of my wife. She was always there for me. She believed in me from day one and without her I probably would have still been a little lost.
8. How do you express kindness?
I talk to strangers, babies and dogs.
9. Advice to your younger self?
Have fun, be yourself, enjoy every f@cking moment.
10. What does Pay it Forward mean to you?
Paying it forward means building a better community where everyone is just a little more kind to each other. A world where we are all connected by a common goal of being happier and improving people’s lives for the greater good.
